A leading banking institution is seeking an HOA Business Development and Relationship Manager. The role involves establishing and nurturing banking relationships within the property management industry, focusing on Treasury Management products and services. The HOA Business Development and Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and developing commercial banking relationships within the property management services industry. Develops relationships with both current clients and prospects in an effort to generate new deposit business by offering customized Treasury Management products and services that will enhance the financial operations of the property management company.

QUALIFICATIONS
A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base salary or pay for this position is $130,000-$160,000. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. A business line incentive may be provided ranging from 0% - 1% per loan and 0%-2% per deposit, in addition to a medical and other benefits, dependent on the position.
