What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively maintain and grow revenue from current customers within a designated book of business
- Communicate quarterly with customers to strengthen relationships and ensure contract agreements are signed
- Resolve service escalations and update customer service agreements
- Utilize consultative selling skills to generate revenue growth and align services with customer needs
- Collaborate with the Inside Sales Manager to address customer issues and propose compliant solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED (accredited)
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in non-consumer based industry sales
- Strong relationship-building skills, both external and internal
- Proficiency in computer hardware and software
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sales within the waste management or environmental services industry
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management software
- Demonstrated ability to achieve consistent goals and targets
- Strong problem resolution skills
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to waste management
