Job summary

Guardian Life is seeking a High Net Worth Consultant to help grow advisor and firm engagement across the High Net Worth platform. In this individual contributor sales role, you will partner with Wealth Management Consultants and internal teams to identify opportunities, support complex cases, and convert advisor interest into funded assets and measurable product adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience in advisor-facing sales or wealth management.
• Ability to translate complex investment strategies into client-facing positioning.
• Experience moving opportunities from discovery to close.
• Cross-functional partnership with sales, product, portfolio teams.
• Strong pipeline tracking and asset flow metrics.

Responsibilities

• Drive advisor and firm growth through presentations, discovery, solutioning and opportunity development tied to production goals.
• Execute targeted sales campaigns and proactive advisor outreach to generate qualified opportunities and increase asset flows.
• Support large-case opportunities by coordinating submissions and internal input through the sales process.
• Increase adoption of platform capabilities, alternative investments, structured notes, lending solutions, and managed accounts through education and follow-through to close.
• Maintain disciplined sales activity, pipeline tracking, advisor and firm follow-up, and performance reporting.
