This range is provided by CGS Federal (Contact Government Services). Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $60.00/hr - $75.00/hr

Role Overview

As a Hmong Chinese Document Reviewer at CGS, you will support various aspects of the company's litigation portfolio, including eDiscovery activities, workflow management, and litigation support. We seek experienced reviewers to join our fast-paced, active legal team.

Key Skills and Attributes
  • Conduct research and draft responses for post-conviction motions
  • Research and draft memorandums on legal questions for appeals and pretrial motions
  • Review, prepare, and process complex legal documents ensuring compliance with formatting rules
  • Assist attorneys in preparing trial notebooks, jury instructions, and compiling witness/exhibit lists
  • Verify citations using legal resources like LEXIS and Westlaw
  • Draft correspondence requiring knowledge of legal procedures and terminology
  • Utilize office software to produce various legal documents and materials
  • Maintain and organize legal files and records efficiently
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in litigation support, with strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of federal and state court systems, legal research procedures, and resources
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with word processing, databases, spreadsheets, and imaging tools
  • Familiarity with ESI tools and eDiscovery procedures
  • Law Degree required
