Qualifications

• Three to five years of progressive litigation support experience.
• Sound knowledge of federal and state courts and legal research tools.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Hands-on familiarity with word processing, databases and imaging.
• Experience with ESI tools and eDiscovery procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and draft responses for post-conviction motions.
• Draft memorandums on questions of law for appeals and pretrial motions.
• Prepare and process a wide range of legal documents and records.
