Job summary

Reliance Home Health Caregivers is seeking a reliable, compassionate caregiver to join our team in Aurora, IL. The position offers a 16-hour weekly schedule with shifts Monday–Thursday, 11:00 AM–3:00 PM, providing essential in-home care for clients in their own homes.

The role includes grooming, meal prep, light housekeeping, companionship, dressing assistance, personal care, positioning and transfer support, plus running errands and dependable transportation.
