What You'll Be Doing

• Operate and monitor hot mix asphalt plant equipment to ensure efficient production.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure plant reliability and safety.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate production and maintenance records.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality standards and safety protocols are met.

Work Environment
This role involves working outdoors in varying weather conditions and around heavy machinery. The position requires standing, walking, climbing, and lifting for extended periods. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
