About the Role
As a Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall omni customer experience in your store, ensuring high visual and commercial standards aligned with store format, location, and regional strategies. You will lead the store team to excel, fostering an inclusive culture that promotes collaboration and entrepreneurial spirit. You’ll analyze sales data, develop plans to optimize results and profits, and be aware of your store’s strengths, opportunities, and competitors.
A Day in the Life

- Customer Sales & Profit
- Managing the omni customer experience, visual and commercial presentation according to guidelines
- Representing the brand positively during customer interactions
- Analyzing sales and creating plans to meet targets
- Providing excellent customer service and promoting loyalty programs and sustainability initiatives
- Scheduling staff in line with sales goals
- Maintaining routines in fitting rooms and checkout areas
- Identifying commercial opportunities and maintaining competitor awareness
- Managing store maintenance cost-effectively
- Handling administrative routines for people and operations

Additional Information
Compensation: $71,289 - $81,982 annually
EEOC Code: OFM; Pay Status: Salary, Non-Exempt (Exempt at top volume locations)
