About the Role

As a Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall omni customer experience in your store, ensuring high visual and commercial standards according to store format, location, and regional strategies. You will lead the full store team to excel, creating an inclusive culture that promotes collaboration and entrepreneurial spirit. You will analyze sales, follow up on results, and create plans to optimize profits.

A Day in the Life

Working at H&M means no two days are the same, but typical responsibilities include:

  • Customer Sales & Profit: Manage the omni customer experience, ensure visual and commercial standards, represent the brand positively, analyze sales and budgets, promote customer loyalty and sustainability initiatives, manage store routines, and maintain competitor awareness.
  • Fashion & Trend Awareness: Stay updated on fashion trends, ensure team provides product knowledge, and understand local customer and competition landscape.
  • Team & Development: Manage talent recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, team motivation, communication, and compliance with procedures and legal requirements.
  • Retail Operations & Visual Execution: Maintain store cleanliness, product presentation, stock levels, routines, and in-store technology and signage.

Qualifications

Who You Are: A strong leader with experience in retail management, team coaching, and analytics. Capable of recruiting, developing, and collaborating effectively with your team.

Additional Information

Compensation: $65,397 - $76,787 annually. We support reasonable accommodations for applicants with disabilities.
