About the Role

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall customer experience in your store, ensuring high visual and commercial standards aligned with store format, regional, and global strategies. You will lead the store team to excel, fostering an inclusive culture that promotes collaboration and entrepreneurial spirit. Additionally, you will analyze sales data, follow up on performance, and develop plans to optimize results and profits.

A Day in the Life

  • Customer Sales & Profit: Managing the total omni-channel customer experience, ensuring visual and commercial presentation, representing the brand positively, analyzing sales and budgets, and promoting customer loyalty and sustainability initiatives.
  • Fashion & Trend Awareness: Staying updated on fashion trends, styles, and competitors, and ensuring your team shares relevant product and fashion knowledge.
  • Team & Development: Talent management, recruiting, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and fostering collaboration with the area and store leadership teams.
  • Retail Operations & Visual Merchandising: Maintaining store cleanliness, visual standards, stock levels, store routines, and utilizing in-store technology to enhance customer experience.

Additional Information

Compensation: expected base salary range is $71,289 - $83,051 annually.
