AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is seeking a senior Nursing/Quality leader to provide high-level leadership and collaborate across departments to improve patient safety, quality outcomes, and organizational performance.

The role requires 5+ years in healthcare operations, RN licensure, and strong data-driven decision making, with preferred CP HQ and nursing leadership experience.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required
• Bachelor's in Nursing required
• 5+ years healthcare operations experience required
• Master's in Nursing preferred

• Creates a positive environment that fosters innovation and change and ensures data collection and reporting for hospital performance.
• Recommends and implements process changes based on identified risks.
