• Performs histocompatibility laboratory tests in Molecular, AbID, Flow and Serology sections, including HLA typing, antibody identification, and crossmatching.
• Manages sample processing and maintains workflow.
• Performs and documents quality control and maintenance procedures per lab protocols.
• Maintains patient records and results documentation.
• Utilizes computers for entry of patient inquiry, specimen inquiry, test results, and quality control.
• Maintains PPE and OHSA compliance.
• Participates in on-call rotation for histocompatibility testing.
