Job summary

Solventum, a new healthcare company with a legacy of solving challenges, is seeking an Integration Analyst to support the Health Information Systems business. This remote role involves up to 10% travel and requires US citizenship with the ability to pass a government background check.

You will lead HL7 interface implementations, work with diverse data feeds (HL7 v2.x, FHIR, CSV, JSON, XML), and coordinate with clients andSolventum teams to deliver secure, high-quality solutions on tight

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years HL7 interfaces experience.
  • Or high school diploma with 9+ years HL7 interfaces experience.
  • 2+ years of client-facing implementation experience.
  • Must be located in the U.S. and a U.S. citizen.
  • Must be able to pass a Government background check for a position of T3 Public Trust.

Responsibilities

  • Lead integration and configuration of interface engines to integrate Solventum products with client systems.
  • Analyze data and complex configurations for extraction of useful information and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to meet deadlines while ensuring quality and security.
  • Keep up to date with new features and contribute to the evolution of the implementation infrastructure.

As an Integration Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Being the expert in our functionality and specifications, often serving in both consultative and technical roles to lead the client through our interfaceand productimplementation processes.

  • Performingimplementation and configuration of interface engines deployed tointegrate Solventum products with our client’s systems.

  • Analyzingdataandcomplexsystemconfigurationsfor extractionof useful informationand technical issue resolution while implementing technical solutions for Solventum clients independently or as part of a team to deliver Solventum solutions in a fast-paced environment, often with short timelines.

  • Understandingand workingwith diverseinternal and externaldata feeds such asHL7v. 2.x&FHIR,unstructuredmedicaldocuments, CSV,JSON,X12, andXML.

  • CollaboratingwithclientsandSolventum internalteam membersto meetdeadlinesand maintain the highest level of quality and security while delivering ourclient’sspecific implementation needs.

  • Keepinguptodate with all new features, functions, business issues and implementation optionswhilecontributingto the evolutionary growth oftheimplementation infrastructure by developing and/or updating material, tools,and programs

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher and Minimum5years of experience working with HL7interfaces.

OR

  • High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution and a minimum of 9years of experience working with HL7interfaces.

AND

  • Minimum5years of experience working with HL7interfaces.
  • Minimum of two (2) year’ experience in a client facing implementation role
  • Must be located in the U.S. and a U.S. citizen
  • Must be able to pass a Government background check for a position of T3 Public Trust

  • Must have experience in implementation and trainingforHL7 interface related products and processes.
  • Familiarity with cloud architectures, such asAmazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Working knowledge ofMSSQL, WindowsServer,andLAN/WANTCP/IPenvironments.
  • Experience with InterSystems Ensemble, HealthShare, or Iris is a plus.

Onboarding Requirement

To improve the onboarding experience, you will have an opportunity to meet with your manager and other new employees as part of the Solventum new employee orientation. As a result, new employees hired for this position will be required to travel to a designated company location for on-site onboarding during their initial days of employment. Travel arrangements and related expenses will be coordinated and paid for by the company in accordance with its travel policy. Applies to new hires with a start date of October 1st 2025 or later.

The expected compensation range for this position is $96,000 - $132,000, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
