Job summary

Intelerad in Canada is seeking a Technical Implementation Specialist II to lead HL7/DICOM integration design, configuration, and deployment for complex client environments. You will work with Project Management, Applications, and Workflow teams to deliver go-lives on time and to specification.

The role requires 3+ years in healthcare IT, proficiency with HL7/DICOM, Linux CLI, and SQL databases. Travel up to 10% and a related bachelor's are expected; experience with AWS, Python, and InteleShare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Medical Imaging Sciences, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare IT implementation, system integration, or a related technical role.
• Demonstrated proficiency with HL7/DICOM standards and experience configuring healthcare system integrations.
• Experience with Linux CLI and SQL databases such as Sybase, PostgreSQL and MS SQL.
• Ability to travel as required to support on-site client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead HL7/DICOM integration design, configuration, and deployment for complex client environments.
• Diagnose and resolve advanced technical and workflow issues across applications, integrations, and infrastructure.
• Partner with Project Management to drive system integration milestones and provide status updates.
• Design and deliver structured training programs for end users and administrators.
• Document and maintain implementation artifacts and contribute to post-implementation reviews.
• Assist with TS requests including custom reports, queries, or complex migrations.
