Pay Range

This range is provided by LaSante Health Center. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $45,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Support individuals living with HIV and connect them to care.
• Conduct outreach and educational initiatives.
• Build relationships with community organizations.
• Advocate for patients and address barriers to care.
• Provide HIV-related education and resources.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patients.
• Maintain records and complete assigned tasks.
