Job summary

Mass General Brigham in Chelsea, MA is seeking a Staff Nurse to provide competent, compassionate outpatient nursing care for patients living with HIV. You will coordinate case management, serve as a liaison to urgent care and community programs, and support grant-funded programming.

Licensed RN in Massachusetts with BSN preferred; 0–1 year clinical nursing experience required. Strong assessment, education, and care coordination skills are essential to join our team.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree with an active RN license in Massachusetts.
• Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required.
• BSN preferred; HIV care experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Triage and assess patient needs via telephone and clinic visits.
• Provide injections and vaccines and manage education for ART.
• Coordinate and supervise HIV clinical case management staff.
• Serve as liaison between patients and treatment team.
• Maintain records and ensure grant-funded program eligibility.
