Qualifications
- Experience with test architecting and executing lab tests.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- ABET-accredited engineering degree required.
Responsibilities
- Define facility & infrastructure requirements.
- Procure lab equipment and furnishings in coordination with PM and contracts.
- Develop cost & schedule estimates for lab activities.
- Define HITL use cases aligned with TEMP.
- Provide SME consultation for customer plans.
- Propose modifications to ensure team success.
- Coordinate with multi-discipline industry and government teams.
- Lead future lab renovation and HITL lab execution for T&E.
- Prepare lab and personnel to meet tight timelines.
- Coordinate work schedules and readiness reviews.
- Implement and maintain operational and test discipline.
- Ensure integrity of lab products.
- Support readiness reviews and ongoing lab improvements.
