Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Hitch Service Technician in Saint Cloud, Minnesota. The role involves explaining tow packages, installing the appropriate tow system for customers, and delivering excellent on-site customer service.

You’ll participate in ongoing training and meet basic tool and safety requirements. The position offers hourly pay with benefits as described and requires a valid driver's license and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Basic wiring and hand/power tool experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Explain U-Haul tow packages and install the right tow system for customers.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support on site.
• Perform duties as assigned and participate in U-Haul education via U-Haul University.
