U-Haul is seeking a Hitch Service Technician to work in our Moving and Storage Center lot, delivering hands-on towing package installation and exceptional customer service. You will assess customer vehicles, explain options, and install the best tow solution while keeping safety a priority.

The role requires a valid driver's license, basic wiring and hand/power tool experience, and a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• Basic wiring and hand/power tool experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Understand and explain U-Haul's variety of towing packages.
• Recommend and install the right tow package on customer vehicles.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to U-Haul customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
