U-Haul in Reading, PA seeks a Hitch Service Technician to install and explain towing packages, and to assist customers with vehicle equipment on U-Haul lots. You’ll participate in hands-on training and deliver strong service while upholding safety standards.

The role offers a dynamic, hands-on environment with clear advancement opportunities. Two paid hands-on interviews and a $100 hiring bonus are part of the process, plus a $300 completion bonus after certification.

Formación

• Valid driver's license and the ability to maintain a good driving record.
• Basic wiring and hand/power tool experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Understand and explain U-Haul’s variety of towing packages
• Recommend and install the right tow package on customer vehicles
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to U-Haul customers.
• Other duties as assigned
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University
