Qualifications

• Three years of Health Information Management or Health Information Technology
• Associate Degree
• One of: RHIA or RHIT

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate activities of personnel in Norton Healthcare's medical records department(s).
• Monitor daily operations and track individual performance.
• Coach and mentor staff; ensure excellent front-line customer service.
• Address staff behavior, work performance, attendance and tardiness as appropriate.
