Location: Trinity Health Ann Arbor Hospital
Hours: 40 hours a week
Shift: Mon-Fri 2pm-10pm
This is a state-of-the-art laboratory operating 24/7, where you can utilize your training, experience, and skills to learn and grow. The AP Lab performs over 75,000 cases annually and includes on-site IHC (Immunohistochemistry) and Molecular labs, offering significant opportunities for professional development. The lab is accredited by CAP, JCAHO; certified by CLIA, and registered with the FDA.

Position Purpose
Primary responsibilities include performing histology procedures related to accessioning and preparing pathology specimens. Additional duties involve special stain procedures, operating and maintaining automated staining equipment, tissue processors, microtomes, and cryostats. Prepare solutions and reagents for immunostaining and assist in preparing frozen section slides with the Pathologist.
