Responsibilities

• Performs general histology duties.
• Performs general cytopreparatory duties.
• Adheres to SOP and department policies.
• Maintains up-to-date documentation and training records.
• Performs and documents equipment maintenance as needed.
• Follows specimen collection/processing/storage/handling SOPs.
• Maintains correct patient ID throughout testing.
• Works with minimal supervision.
• Maintains cross-training skills.
