• Guide student-athletes toward success in sport, school, leadership, and life.
• Be proactive and visible in the daily student journey.

Responsibilities

• Teach five sections of history curriculum and shape content with colleagues.
• Mentor as Academic Advisor for a group of students and families.
• Collaborate with Sports Mindset, Student Life, Partnerships, Coaching, and Event teams.
• Partner with coaches to connect classroom learning to what happens on field, court, or ice.
• Track student growth using data and keep parents and coaches informed.
• Lead a special interest club each semester (e.g., Model UN, current events, or historical debate).
• Support Study Table rotations and the seminar curriculum.
• Be present at athletic events and residential life activities as a positive role model.
• Get certified to drive students to activities with company support.
• Contribute to Mindset Development Project with hybrid teaching methods.
