Gibson County Special School District is currently accepting applications for a High School History Teacher/Assistant Football Coach.

Position Summary: The High School History Teacher is responsible for educating each student under his or her care and for challenging students, parents, other teachers, and school staff toward achieving the goals set forth by the Gibson County School System curriculum for this role.

Required Education/Certification/Endorsement:

  • B.A. or B.S. is required by the State of Tennessee;
  • Teacher's certificate with Qualifying Endorsement Area.
