Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout, typically in the restoration or adaptive reuse space.
• Coordinate with field teams, estimators, and ownership to ensure schedule and budget are maintained.
• Experience working on renovation, restoration, or technically complex commercial projects.
• Ability to handle subcontractor coordination, RFIs, change orders, and cost tracking.
• Background with historic, institutional, or commercial work preferred.
