Qualifications

• Proven experience as a plasterer in historic or commercial construction projects.
• Knowledge of different plaster types, setting times, and curing properties.
• Skilled in mixing and applying plaster, stucco, or cement finishes.

Responsibilities

• Apply wet finishes to walls and ceilings, creating ornamental features like cornices.
• Install plaster elements and restore decorative moldings for historic buildings.
• Prepare surfaces, mix materials, and apply finishes with trowels and brushes.
• Repair cracks and water damage to preserve architectural authenticity.
• Work at heights on scaffolds with safety considerations.
