Expert Craftsmanship & Finish Work

• Apply wet plaster finishes to interior and exterior walls and ceilings
• Create and restore ornamental plaster elements, including cornices, moldings, and decorative features
• Mix and prepare plaster, stucco, and cement materials to specified standards

Application Techniques & Installation

• Apply materials using trowels, brushes, and spray equipment on a variety of substrates
• Install plasterboard partitions, acoustic tiles, and composite wall linings
• Execute surface‑specific techniques to meet restoration and design requirements

Site Preparation & Collaboration

• Prepare surfaces thoroughly to ensure proper adhesion and finish quality
• Assist in the setup and safe use of scaffolding and access equipment
• Proven experience as a professional plasterer, preferably in restoration or historic work
• Strong understanding of traditional plastering materials and techniques
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, craftsmen, and other trades to meet project goals
