Job summary

The Durable Restoration Company is seeking experienced masons for a historic restoration team in Minnesota. You will work on stone and masonry preservation projects across federal, military, and historic sites, gaining hands-on craftsmanship on long-lasting structures.

Training is provided for historic mortar techniques, with opportunities to advance through performance-based pay and seasonal bonuses. Pre-employment screening and background checks apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in masonry and efficiency with restoration techniques.
• Repointing or masonry repair experience; historic mortar training available.

Responsibilities

• Work on restoration and preservation of historic masonry and stone structures.
• Perform repointing and repair of aging masonry systems.
• Work with lime-based mortars and specialty restoration materials.
• Contribute to federal, military, and historic preservation projects.
• Hands-on craftsmanship on long-lasting, visible structures.
