Job summary

Stagecoach Inn & Restaurant is seeking a Maintenance Landscaper to preserve the beauty and safety of our exterior grounds while assisting with general property maintenance. The role supports creating a welcoming first impression for guests of our historic Texas property.

The ideal candidate enjoys outdoor work, takes pride in quality work, and is ready to assist with ongoing maintenance projects across the property as needs arise. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of landscaping, groundskeeping, maintenance, or related experience preferred.
• Hotel, resort, or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of landscaping equipment and maintenance tools.
• Ability to safely operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, power washers, and other equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Valid Texas driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns, flower beds, shrubs, trees, and landscaped areas.
• Mow, edge, trim, weed, mulch, rake, and water landscaping as needed.
• Plant seasonal flowers and landscape enhancements.
• Prune trees and bushes; remove dead vegetation.
• Monitor irrigation systems and report repairs.
• Keep exterior areas clean and inviting for guests.
• Operate and maintain landscaping and maintenance equipment.
• Assist with general maintenance and event setup as needed.
