Requires a Bachelor's in Medical Technology or related field, HTL certification preferred; 1–2 years in a clinical histology lab. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety compliance are essential for success in this role.

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field required
• HTL certification preferred
• 1–2 years experience in a clinical histology lab preferred

Responsabilidades

• Embed, section, and stain tissue specimens for microscopic examination.
• Operate and maintain histology equipment used for procedures.
• Perform special stains and immunohistochemical testing as required.
• Review slides and controls for accuracy; adjust procedures as needed.
• Enter data and labeling in LIS.
• Maintain documentation for quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
• Manage inventory and storage of specimens and waste.
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
