Responsibilities

• Embeds, cuts and stains pathology specimens under direction of a Histologist.
• Receives and accession specimens.
• Prepares frozen sections under direct supervision of a Histologist.
• Maintains equipment and work areas.
• Supports laboratory goals by teamwork, service excellence, adhering to guidelines and policies, and looking for ways to improve processes.
