Responsibilities may include embedding, microtomy, cryotomy, special staining, immunohistochemical techniques, and handling of fresh and complex specimens. As a Histology Technician or Histotechnologist, you will perform a variety of technical procedures to prepare high-quality microscopic slide preparations used by pathologists for diagnostic and prognostic evaluation.
