Job Title: Histology Technician Non-Certified - TKC Dermatology MOHS Micrographic Surgery Clinic - Flexi (801) (T227149)

Description:

The Histology Technician Non-Certified will perform routine histological procedures, including embedding, microtomy, staining, and other techniques for tissue preparation for microscopic examination by a pathologist.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Eligible for certification as a Histotechnician (HT) or Histotechnologist (HTL) by the ASCP, or at least three years of applicable histology experience.
• If eligible for certification, must provide a letter from ASCP proving eligibility to sit for the exam.
• Students enrolled in an accredited Histology Technician program with documented competence may be considered; degree must be obtained within nine months of hire.
