Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking a Histology Scientist for a 12-month contract in Ridgefield, CT. The role involves spatial biology work, FFPE tissue sectioning, IHC and ISH assays, imaging, and data analysis, with careful notebook documentation.

Ideal candidates will have histotechnology experience, IHC/ISH familiarity, and strong written and oral communication skills; on-site laboratory work in Ridgefield, CT is expected.

Qualifications

• 12-month contract with the possibility of extending or converting to permanent based on performance and budget.
• Duties include performing experimental work in the Spatial Biology Lab including sectioning of FFPE tissue blocks, IHC and ISH in single and multiplex assays, imaging and support with analysis.
• All laboratory experiments will be documented in a laboratory notebook.
• Duties include preparing reagents and keeping the lab clean and organized.

Pay : $23- $33.56/hr

Shift: Normal

Location : Ridgefield,CT

Duration : 1 year contract to start with the possibility of extension or conversion depending on performance and business needs
