Within the Laboratory and broader Diagnostic Services division, the Histology Laboratory Supervisor will support an organization distinguished as a top-ranked general medical and surgical facility in South Florida known for high patient satisfaction and specialized clinical excellence. The department supports complex surgical and oncology cases through timely specimen processing, precise histologic preparation, rigorous quality standards, and close collaboration with pathology and clinical teams.

Reporting to senior laboratory leadership, the Histology Laboratory Supervisor will oversee daily histology operations, staffing, workflow coordination, quality control, regulatory compliance, equipment performance, inventory, turnaround times, and team development. This Histology Laboratory Technologist Supervisor will be supported by experienced pathologists, approachable nursing professionals, laboratory technologists, and a diverse multidisciplinary healthcare team committed to communication, respect, patient safety, and consistently accurate diagnostic results.
