Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 6 months of experience in a laboratory environment or relevant laboratory experience through coursework.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences or Life Sciences.
• 1+ years of experience in a laboratory or related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality standards to protect test results and safety.
• Notify management of issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and perform routine maintenance.
• Batch samples, print labels, and verify specimen labeling.
• Use LIMS to track requisitions and specimen status.
• Document and maintain accurate records for equipment and instruments.
• Support QA activities, internal audits, and inspection readiness.
