Qualifications

• One year of histopathology or other laboratory experience is required.
• Experience handling PHI and patient information using an LIS is required.
• Three years of histopathology or laboratory experience providing support to pathologists is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare slides for microscopic evaluation by pathologists under supervision.
• Label and prepare tissue specimens for gross dissection.
• Perform maintenance and cleaning of laboratory equipment.
• Comply with all health, quality, and safety policies.
