Compensation:
Pay Range: $70,425.00 - $114,440.00 / year

Under the leadership of the clinical manager, the supervisor is responsible for ensuring efficient daily operations within the laboratory. Responsibilities include rotating supervisor on-call coverage, leading validation processes for new instruments/methods, overseeing reagent quality control, equipment maintenance, and issue resolution. The supervisor performs second review and final sign-off of test results and leads training in assigned testing methodologies.
Bachelor's degree in a chemical, physical, biological, or clinical science field and five (5) years of histocompatibility testing experience in an ASHI-accredited laboratory are required. Work experience cannot substitute for educational requirements. Certification as a Certified Histocompatibility Specialist (CHS) by the American College of Histocompatibility and Immunogenetics (ACHI) is required.
