Qualifications

• Needs a schedule that allows advisory duties without conflicting with regular work.
• Previous assembly coordination experience is desirable.
• Currently employed at Rogers High School.
• Presently teaching and ELD classes at Rogers High School.
• Demonstrated ability to perform the listed responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and supervises Hispanic Heritage Month activities and meetings.
• Selects materials and coordinates with the Principal for authorization.
• Organizes activities and coordinates with the school calendar.
• Organizes fundraising events.
• Communicates with families, newspaper, RHS staff and secretaries about dates and info.
• Maintains financial records and reports to the Principal.
• Uses social media to promote events and awardees.
• Coordinates thank-you letters with awardees and families.
• Ensures that students are transported according to school policy.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Principal.
