HIS3224 - Coke Handling Plant Operative - Killingholme

Join Hargreaves Logistics as a Coke Handling Plant Operative at Killingholme. This is a permanent full-time position with working hours ranging from 40 to 60 hours per week, depending on operational requirements.

Salary: approximately £35,000

Role Overview

The successful candidate will operate mobile plant on and around the refinery, performing key operational tasks such as:

• Operating loading shovels, dumpers, and 360° excavators
• Stowing and identifying coke as per client instructions
• Loading and unloading HGVs
• Participating in shift work to meet refinery needs
• Carrying out inspections, audits, and completing paperwork
• Promoting safety and participating in team briefings
• Maintaining good housekeeping

Candidate Requirements

• Full UK Driving Licence
• FEL & FLT Licence, Dump truck, and 360° experience are advantageous but training can be provided
• Health and Safety experience preferred but training will be given
• Experience operating mobile plant
• Motivated, reliable, flexible, and a good team player
• Excellent documentation skills and ability to adapt quickly
