Apr 29, 2025 - Growe is hiring a remote VIP Account Manager Team Lead. Location: Worldwide.
Lead the VIP team, supervise and mentor Account Managers, ensuring they meet performance goals;
Develop and execute VIP strategies to enhance VIP customer experience and engagement;
Monitor and analyze VIP data, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement;
Build strong relationships and address VIP needs promptly;
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless VIP experience;
Develop and implement strategies to increase VIP acquisition;
Assist the Head of VIP with planning outbound campaigns, reporting on ROI, and guiding KPIs;
Track team effectiveness, communicate key information, and provide feedback on trends;
Maintain regular client contact to ensure quality of work and performance;
Set performance goals, conduct monthly reviews, perform QAs, and participate in hiring processes;
Motivate the team, provide constructive feedback, and foster positive team dynamics.
3+ years in VIP management or a similar role;
Experience in EU Markets;
Team management experience;
Strong analytical skills;
Experience in Account Management or Customer Relationship roles, preferably in the iGaming industry;
Understanding of the iGaming and Sports betting markets and related KPIs.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Problem-solving skills.
