Guide participants through live video collection sessions for AI training datasets

We're expanding our AI data collection operations across the Americas and need skilled moderators to conduct live video sessions with participants. You'll guide people through technical setup, coordinate video calls, and ensure smooth data collection for advanced AI training projects.

What You'll Do Daily

Live Session Moderation

  • Conduct 4-6 video sessions per day with individual participants (45 minutes each)

  • Guide participants through technical setup including remote desktop access and browser configuration

  • Moderate structured interview sessions where participants answer simple questions on camera

  • Handle real-time troubleshooting for video, audio, and software issues

Technical Support & Coordination

  • Help participants install and configure Amazon DCV remote desktop software

  • Coordinate Microsoft Teams video calls and screen sharing

  • Walk participants through browser setup and camera/filter configurations

  • Resolve technical issues quickly to maintain session flow

Participant Management

  • Schedule video sessions with participants across North and South American timezones

  • Send pre-session instructions and collect required information (headshots, IP addresses)

  • Provide friendly, professional guidance to ensure participants feel comfortable

  • Manage session logistics and ensure all data collection requirements are met

Quality Control & Documentation

  • Verify technical requirements are met before sessions begin

  • Ensure video quality and audio clarity meet project standards

  • Document any technical issues or participant feedback

  • Maintain detailed session logs for quality tracking

Work Structure & Compensation

Schedule: Flexible American timezone hours with 4-6 sessions per day

Session Duration: 45 minutes per participation
