We’re currently expanding our recruiter network and looking for experienced 1099 recruiters to support active searches with multiple clients.
What You’ll Do:
Source and screen qualified candidates for a variety of roles (field-level to leadership)
Collaborate with AlphaHire's internal team on client priorities and open requisitions
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from outreach to interview coordination
Communicate consistently with candidates and internal stakeholders
Submit qualified, interested, and available candidates into our internal system
Who You Are:
An experienced recruiter (agency or in-house) with 5+ years of experience
Comfortable working 100% commission-based with high upside potential
Familiar with hiring in construction, manufacturing, or healthcare
Resourceful, organized, and able to work independently
Comfortable using sourcing tools (LinkedIn, resume databases, etc.)
