May 29, 2025 - Ascera is hiring a remote Splunk Professional Services Engineer. Salary: competitive salary and OTE. Location: Northern America.

Own The Role:

SP6 is seeking a full-time consultant to join our professional services team in North America. This position involves helping customers with the architecture and hands-on administration/engineering of Splunk, focusing on Fortune 2000 companies to maximize their platform usage. Ideally, this individual will have a security background with experience in Splunk Enterprise Security.

Consultants will work on diverse use cases across industries, utilizing Splunk Enterprise and premium apps.

How You'll Drive Success:

  • Lead complex Splunk deployments, addressing unique customer challenges across various use cases.
  • Share best practices, leverage past experiences, and develop innovative solutions to enhance customer value and adoption.
  • Provide knowledge transfer throughout project lifecycles.
  • Develop expertise in Splunk premium apps.
  • Expand domain knowledge in IT Security & Observability.

Requirements

To Be Successful:

  • Active Splunk Core Certified Consultant certification.
  • At least 4 years of Splunk experience.
  • 5-10 years of industry experience in IT Operations and Security.
  • Experience with Splunk Enterprise Security (ES) and Risk Based Alerting (RBA).
  • Skills in requirements gathering, documentation, analysis, and testing related to Splunk.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
