We’re hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on an exciting challenge at Workana

Requirements

• Redesign core experiences at Workana with a focus on user onboarding and activation flows.
• Design complete user journeys, from discovery to final interaction.
• Create high-quality, intuitive, and visually appealing interfaces aligned with our brand.
• Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Apply strong UX writing instincts to create copy that enhances user experiences.
• Participate in strategic discussions to ensure that design decisions align with business goals and user needs.
• Document design processes and decisions thoroughly to ensure scalability and maintainability.
• Contribute to and adapt from existing Design Systems.
