P2P.org is the largest institutional staking provider with a TVL of over $10B and a market share exceeding 20% in restaking.

We focus on researching and improving our infrastructure to maximize APR while enhancing security. For example, in ETH and SOL, our NRR is on average 10% higher than the market, and in DOT, it's 20% higher.

We also invest heavily in launching new networks such as TON, Avail, Monad, Babylon, Story, Berachain, and others, along with yield products. We lead in restaking, holding over 20% market share, and develop yield aggregators on stablecoins.

Our clients include BitGo, Copper, Crypto.com, Ledger, ByBit, Bitget, OKX, HTX, Bitvavo, SBI, and more, who choose us for our client-centric approach and extensive product offerings, from APIs to widgets and custom dApps.

You will ensure the reliability of data projects within a team of infrastructure and data engineers working on DWH, analytics services, and infrastructure platforms.

Looking ahead, the team plans to expand with DeFi integrations and insurance protections, offering users more options and security. Another initiative is to enable DeFi protocols to build on our platform, opening new ecosystem opportunities. We seek a Senior SRE experienced in data tools responsible for ensuring data platform reliability, improving service pipelines, troubleshooting, and increasing observability.

• Ensure reliability and scalability of complex data platforms
• Assist the data team with DevOps practices: training, monitoring, alert setup, secrets provisioning
• Migrate services to modern infrastructure platforms
• Innovate and improve our tech stack
• Manage capacity, analyze performance, tune for security, and automate responses to issues
• Maintain documentation, build tooling, and create alerts for infrastructure reliability
• Proactively identify system anomalies

• At least 4 years of experience as an SRE Engineer
• Deep expertise with Kubernetes (2+ years)
• Strong knowledge of ClickHouse (required) and Kafka (preferred)
• Experience with data tools, especially Airflow, Superset
• Experience with scalable monitoring solutions like Victoria Metrics, Loki, ELK
• Fluency with GitOps tools like ArgoCD
• Vault expertise for secret management
• Proficiency in scripting languages
• Fluent in English
