The role

We're looking for a remote Senior QA engineer to join the QA function at Goji. In this role you will be assigned to one of our cross functional teams and will work directly with developers and product owners. You will have ownership on everything quality related in their team and will be able to provide guidance to the team regarding best testing practices and ways to improve the quality of our releases.

Requirements

What you’ll bring:

• Experience creating and following manual test plans, and conducting manual exploratory tests.
• Experience creating and maintaining an automated test suite using a well-known framework such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright etc.
• The ability to learn quickly. You will need to get up to speed quickly on our market sector and product
• Experience engaging with non-technical business stakeholders, e.g. Product Owners, Sales Executives, End Users
• The ability to set your own agenda, clearly communicate progress and status and escalate effectively - you will not be micro-managed
• A growth mindset and a sense of humility - we can all learn from each other
• A keenness to seek out new ways of working and challenge convention
• Calmness and consideration under pressure
• Confidence with remote working
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
