ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

The Senior Project Manager will lead teams to deliver software implementation projects, managing resources, schedules, financials, KPIs, issues, risks, quality assurance, and client relationships to ensure successful, on-time, and within-budget project delivery. The role also involves contributing to process improvements. Ability to travel approximately 25% or as needed. The manager will own all aspects of project delivery within our Professional Services team, demonstrating leadership and completing multi-phase client deliverables with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Oversee timely project delivery within scope and budget.
• Estimate work effort accurately for large projects.
• Prepare detailed project plans to track progress.
• Monitor project performance and manage scope, schedule, and cost changes.
• Prepare reports and present to senior management.
• Maintain relations with clients and stakeholders.
• Analyze and manage risks to minimize negative impacts.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for project execution.
• Prepare and review project documentation.
• Draft mockups, diagrams, requirements, and participate in system configuration.
• Serve as subject matter expert and provide training to clients.
• Support pre-sales activities.
• Demonstrate leadership behaviors and contribute to internal improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 2+ years’ experience in software implementations (SaaS preferred).
• 2+ years’ domain experience with procurement software such as SIM or P2P (Coupa, Ariba, Oracle, etc.).
• 2+ years’ experience with procurement/supply chain processes and ERP data (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, etc.).
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience with software development and web technologies.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Additional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE II are preferred.
