Job summary

The Solution Consulting FZCO seeks a Senior Power Platform Developer to design, build and support business applications on the Microsoft Power Platform that extend Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations for clients. You will craft secure, scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Power BI, integrating with D365 F&O, M365, Azure and other systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 F&O integration with Power Platform.

• Proficiency in Power Fx, JavaScript, C#/.NET and REST APIs.
• Experience with ALM, CI/CD and solution management for Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and support Power Platform solutions extending D365 F&O across Finance, SCM, Procurement and Project Operations.

The Solution Consulting FZCO (TSC) / D365 Solutions Pvt Ltd is a Microsoft Solution partner organization engaged in implementing Microsoft business solutions (Microsoft Dynamics 365) to different verticals of business.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Power Platform Developer to design, build and support business applications and automations on Microsoft Power Platform that extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) for our clients. You will turn business needs into secure, scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Power BI, and integrate them with D365 F&O, Microsoft 365, Azure and other enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations integration

• Build Power Platform solutions that extend D365 F&O processes across Finance, Supply Chain Management, Procurement and Project Operations.
• Integrate Power Apps and Dataverse with D365 F&O using dual-write, virtual entities, data entities and OData.
• Automate F&O processes with Power Automate (Fin & Ops Apps connector) and F&O Business Events.
• Set up data migration and recurring integrations using the Data Management Framework (DMF).
• Build Power BI reports on F&O data, including through Azure Synapse Link or Link to Microsoft Fabric.
• Work closely with F&O functional consultants and X++ developers to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Solution design and development

• Gather requirements from client stakeholders and functional consultants, and translate them into technical designs.
• Build canvas and model-driven apps in Power Apps, and Power Pages portals where needed.
• Design and maintain Dataverse data models, tables, relationships, business rules and security roles.
• Develop cloud flows and desktop flows (RPA) in Power Automate to automate business processes.
• Build custom connectors and integrate with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, SQL Server, REST APIs and Azure services.
• Extend the platform with PCF components, plug-ins (C#), Azure Functions and Logic Apps where low-code is not enough.
• Create reports and dashboards in Power BI.

Governance, quality and deployment

• Apply Application Lifecycle Management (ALM): solutions, environments, source control and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions).
• Follow and help define the Center of Excellence (CoE) standards, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and environment strategy.
• Ensure solutions meet security, performance, licensing and compliance requirements.
• Carry out code reviews, testing and documentation.

Leadership and support

• Mentor junior developers and guide citizen developers on standards and best practice.
• Estimate effort, plan sprints and work in an Agile team.
• Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshoot issues and improve existing applications.
• Keep up with Power Platform releases, including Copilot Studio and AI Builder, and recommend improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• Mandatory: 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including integrating it with Power Platform (dual‑write, virtual entities, data entities, OData, Business Events).
• Good understanding of F&O business processes such as procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, inventory and general ledger.
• 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 4 years of hands‑on Power Platform work.
• Strong skills in Power Apps (canvas and model‑driven), Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Good working knowledge of Power Fx, JavaScript, C# / .NET and JSON. Experience integrating with REST APIs, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, SQL Server and Azure services.
• Hands‑on experience with ALM, solution management and CI/CD for Power Platform.
• Understanding of security roles, DLP policies, environment strategy and Power Platform licensing.
• At least 23 enterprise‑scale Power Platform projects delivered end to end, including at least one on Dynamics 365 F&O.

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Microsoft certifications: PL-400 (Power Platform Developer), MB-500 (Finance and Operations Apps Developer) or PL-600 (Solution Architect).
• Working knowledge of X++ and F&O extensions.
• Experience with Lifecycle Services (LCS) and the Power Platform admin center for F&O environments.
• Exposure to Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Experience with clients in the UAE, Saudi Arabia or wider GCC region.
